Eligible Properties - Commercial real estate properties including multifamily, condos, retail, c-store, office, warehouse, industrial, flex, hospitality, resort, senior living, self-storage, medical/hospital/nursing home, special purpose and more. Residential subdivisions and condos. Land entitled with approvals only. Eligible Transactions - Acquisition, refinance, development, construction of infrastructure and/or vertical, major renovations. Change of use and conversions.

  • 3Application review. Once we have all the right documents, we'll review the information you've submitted.
  • 4Submitted to the Global Family Office. When your application is ready and we've calculated your estimated loan amount, we will set up a conference call and go over all the details of your personalized loan structure.
